We have put a lot of thought into designing the site to make placing your order with us very simple, secure and quick.
Engraving: Simply select your desired products and add them to your basket, and just email us with your engraving instructions - remember to reference your unique order number.
View Basket: You can view the contents of your basket at all times by clicking on the basket icon at the top right hand corner of the page.
Go To Checkout: When you are ready to purchase, click the ‘go to checkout’ button on the shopping basket page.
New Customers: New customers will be asked to provide name, a billing address and a delivery address as well as payment details. Once you have placed your order you will be shown an order confirmation on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation by email.
Existing Customers: If you are an existing customer you will be asked to login, if you have not already done so, if you are happy with your current details all you need to do is choose your items and when asked, provide your payment details. Once you have placed your order you will be shown an order confirmation on screen and you will also receive an order confirmation by email.
Secure: Please note that all the paymenet pages in the checkout area of our site are in a secure area hosted by our merchant bank - SagePay, this means that all information will be encrypted so that it can not be read as it travels over the internet.
